How can one disable postal code and city name lookup in Business Central?

I have seen this discussion related to the same question.

However I am not satidfied with the solution that proposes "NOT populating the Postal Code table".

I am searching for the explicit turn-off.

Is it possible only by code?

If not: where to make configurations?

If yes: I would really appreciate some sample code or just an idea.
