Can Person Responsible on Job Card approve time sheet?

I read on Microsoft blog that if you put person responsible on Job Card he can approve the time sheet but I am having some hard time at this. I have put the Time Sheet by Job Approval = Always as well in Resource Setup but I couldn't understand the link between a Resource and User because the Time sheet to Approve tile on the role center page is for User not the Resource. Can any one hep me on this?

Did you suceed to approve your time sheets with the person responsilbe on the job card? I have the same issue as you.

goto resource card, set fields "time sheet owner user id" and "time sheet approver user id".

Yes I did the setup and follow that link as well. On Job card person responsible is a resource not user so how can a resource approve. To approve a resource must be a user or not?

did you set "Time Sheet by Job Approval" on "resource setup" card to always?
