Hi Experts

This is a question from my friend

We have a few truck that we use to send products from our MFG to our Fulfillment center. These trucks are running a few times per day between those centers. We use transfer order for this purpose as well.

We need a solution that we can scan what we load in the truck in our MFG location then when truck arrive in Fulfilment center they can see what is in the truck, review it in truck then receive the truck load instead of opening each Transfer Order and receive it.

Do you know any ISV that provide this function?

Hello,

This can be done via barcode scanning. TO will be created in the First point and when it will arrive at final destination then receiver scann the paper and system auto detect the items and receive it.

Can you please point me to any article or blog on this. I mean how they know which truck they loaded these transfer orders? Where they scan?

Do you mean this will be a custom build solution or using BC OOTB?

if you get barcode scanners you could look at insight works and the app they have www.dmsiworks.com/.../
