Dynamics 365 Portal Authentication - Azure AD

Hi,

I have a requirement to enable registration/ authentication from any Azure AD (O365). I thought that OOTB Azure AD option will authenticate against any Azure AD (O365) but it only allows internal users (within my Azure AD (O365)).

Is there any way I can enable authentication for any azure ad\ O365 account?
