Getting error while submitting a salesorder for approval.

I am getting this error while submitting a salesOrder for approval. when I am clicking on the submit button of workflow. the following error occours "Error executing code:formrun method does not have method 'RefreshWorkflowIcon' " . I have added the screen shots for refrence.

how it can be removed?
