How to create checkbox in CRM Web Page

Is there any away to convert  Two Options radio button as Checkbox with only one value.

    Yes, you can edit the field properties from form customization and under formatting tab - select check box for control formatting.

    You can enforce business rules to set default value in the field with given business logic.
