How do you create a Dynamics Task from within Outlook ... and attach the email?

1.You can refer following to Enable and use D365 app for outlook firstly:
(1) Set up Server Side Sync (Settings > Administration > System Settings)
(2) Test and enable mailboxes (Settings > Email Configuration > Mailboxes)
(3) Deploy the App for Outlook (Settings > Dynamics 365 App for Outlook)
(4) In your outlook, you can add account and restart it to see it.
2.Create a CRM task from Outlook
(1) From email, open the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook:
(2) Click on the ellipses (…) at the top right of the Dynamics 365 App pane (highlighted in image above) and select Quick Create Menu:
(3) Select Activities, then Task:
(4) Enter task details, then click Save and Close:
The task will now appear in both Dynamics 365 and in Outlook.
