How to Create plugin any out of the box ‘Account’ entity?

Hi all, I am new in CRM technology. Can someone please assist me on how to proceed ahead with these tasks.

1. Add a new Field “Account ID” and add it to Account Form.

2. Create AutoNumber plugin on Creation of Account to set value for the “Account ID” field.

3. The format for “Account ID” should be ‘ACC00001’, ‘ACC00002’, ‘ACC00003’, etc.

4. This value should be unique to an Account.
