Hi Experts,
I'm checking the Fraud alert for Call center but have issues as below:
1. After setup variables, conditions and rule, this rule seem don not work: there is no alert/ notification when i create an sales order violated this rule.
My setup:
Rule
Hold parameter
Create 1 sales order for customer belong to customer group 80 and amount over 1000 => There is no alert for Fraud and the order didn't put On-hold.
2. How to manually put order on hold for fraud review?
