Read Committed Snapshot Isolation (RCSI) in Dynamics SL

Can I take a poll of anyone who's enabled Read Committed Snapshot Isolation (RCSI) in their Dynamics SL installation to reduce deadlocks?  We're getting many blocked processes when users post GL batches and are considering this setting change as a solution.  It seems to help with Dynamics in general but I wanted to collect some input for SL specifically.  What ill effects have you seen and what risks will we have to watch out for?

Interesting, we are hitting the exact same problem - our year end was at end of March, and since then we're hitting deadlocks.  I was also thinking of setting RCSI, but have not done so yet.
