CRM help required on Calling a phone from a form...

Hi All,
Leaning on here for a little help or guidance. I have in CRM a contact form, This form as a mobile and phone number field. this result in a little phone icon if populated, all go so far.

If I click on the phone Icon a new "Call" form opens, this action also called on my 3rd shortel dialer to make the call however this action has stopped and now only calls on Skype for business.

how do i change the default dialer back to my 3rd party installed application? if i use control panel and settings, i can only select another browser or Skype and then an option to browse the MS store

I have Mitel software to connect CRM to Shortel dialer and thats ok, it's the forcing of dynamics to use Shortel as a dialer and not Skype that has me in knots..

Any thoughts or suggestions are all welcome.

    Hi,

    Can you try disabling Set Skype for business settings in system settings under administration and see if it works as expected.

    Hi

    That has helped somewhat, many thanks, I now have a dialog box asking which app to use by default. however as i want to use ShoreTel i cannot this see as my option of choice.  This setting panel however has some interesting stuff here not seen before so will have a poke around and see what i can use.  

    I have installed Shortel skyweb dialer  and am thinking i may need to install something into Dynamics to make the connection?
