Hey Yuji;
Would it be possible for you to provide a bit more context as to why your looking for this? Your right if your creating fields and entities within a solution the SolutionID attribute gets populated with it. I've only ever seen this with on prem since I could access the database. I haven't seen a way of seeing it within the CRM client itself.
You can find out from the default solution
Go to Settings > Customizations.
3.Choose Customize the System.
4.Under Components, expand Entities, and then click or tap the entity you want to view or edit information for.
Click Fields for the Entity to find out all the fields available for that Entity

As Jason said, this attribute is used internally and not available for us to manipulate. So not available in the fields list.
