Budget Control Configuration error message

Hi
 
My Budget funds available was working fine....unchanged
 
I've had to add a new budget cycle and add create a Draft to the Assign budget models.  Done.
 
When I Activate the cycle I get the message Invalid Budget Funds Available selection. Please check provided documentation for required configuration.
 
Nothing has changed.
 
I need it running tomorrow 1st April.
 
Help gurus, please.  Any ideas?

    When “Budget reservations for encumbrances with Purchase Requisition–type documents” is enabled, “Budget reservations for pre-encumbrances” must also be enabled. Once you select Option Budget reservations for pre-encumbrances you will not get any error.
