Extended form editor button

Hi, I just have seen in a customization performed by an external ISV a button with name "Extended form Editor". This button was located in the Design view of any form and provides access to additional settings for forms including CSS. Have any of you heard anything about this? One of the ISV consultants told me this button was available since old CRM versions. The current version I saw was in a CRM 2016.

Thanks for your feedback.

Don't remember exactly but it was there in CRM 4.0 or 2011. Either way, how is it concerning you? Because, ISV providers have choice to use custom buttons to achieve the functionality which is totally supported.

Thanks Zohaib. I was just curious because I have never seen it in other implementations and I wanted to be sure it is a supported tool.
