IN PO invoice one user not getting the message

Hi ALL, 

In a PO when we Post invoice the message "invoice posted" is coming for ALL the user . 

It is going to bell icon alert to only one user .

Please give the Solution.

    Hi,

    What do you mean "It is going to bell icon alert to only one user"?

    Are u saying the below? if so, you need to check from that user profile- user options- Workflow tab- Turn on to get the notification in bell icon and turn off to no bell icon notifications.

    In addition to Ramit's suggestion you can also give try to reset usage data, do not reset for all users.
