Management Reporter - Lines in a column

Good Morning,

A client of ours want to put a line down the page of his report to separate monthly and YTD data and I think you use the column type fill, but what is the symbol for a line?

    I use the character that is a straight line up & down. On my keyboard, it's the "backslash" key, located below "backspace" and above "enter."  Hope that helps!

    There are a couple of options in Management Reporter, which might work for this purpose.  It is possible to frame columns with boxes using the method described in the following post, using the BX format codes:

    www.boyerassoc.com/.../draw-boxes-around-columns-management-reporter

    Alternatively, when a Fill column is created you will note it contains two apostrophes (Fill ''). Your client can insert the | (pipe) character between these apostrophes (Fill '|') to add a line between columns.
