While reporting a production order as finished, through the mobile device I get a message error saying:
some work was not created. see the work creation history log for details.
this method must be passed a valid work id d365.
while having all the settings accurate and when using another Production WIP we find that it accepts and the process proceeds smoothly.
in the work creation history log, we found that the FG template failed.
Please help as soon as you can.
