The items appear based on the billing rules that you set up in Billing Rules Maintenance and/or you allocation method if you were for example marking up the materials. Check the top half of the Billing Screen to see which account categories are elilable for billing. You will have to follow the transactions created from inventory through the process. Were project transactions created? Look in the Project Transaction Inquiry screen to view them. There is a lot you can tell from there.
