Issue to can not Assign and Change Owner

I am trying to change owner and assign to user but when i save record owner value not changed and it was saved as old value...pls help me to find out this issue.

Hi Mihir,

Instead of changing the owner field directly, try the 'Assign' button from the top command bar. This should work.

First i set user name(owner) and click on assign so there is processing but nothing to changed and even not given any error..

No, you just simply click on Assign, this will open a popup to ask you for the user to assign. There you select the user and it should work.

yes First i am click on assign then open popup after that select user and then click on assign but it was not work...

Is there any security roles issue ?...and it's issue on all entity not for single entity...
