Hello all, I have a problem after upgrade cloud hosted dev environments from 10.0.25 to version 10.0.28, it's failed at step 25

I have tried following this link. but still the same

https://community.dynamics.com/365/financeandoperations/b/d365financeoperationscloudfronts/posts/deployment-failed-in-lcs-because-of-db-sync-error

Who has the same problem as me?

Please download the logs and find what exactly failed. Knowing just that the update of AOSService failed isn't sufficient, because there may be many reasons.

    Thanks for your advice.

You mean download the runbook ritgh? yes, I dowload and find step 25, it's about sync db

I'm try sync db and yes it's complete and then I'm resume again, and yes failed.

No, I mean logs. The runbook contains instructions about what should be done. Logs contain information about what actually happened when the runbook was executed.

OK, logs, i'm not sure how to view the log.

    please advice

    Hi Wathanavipa,

You can download the logs from the LCS environment page. Next to the link to download the runbook, you can also download the logs.

You can use a text editor (such as Notepad or Visual Studio) to open log files.

But first, you must find the right file. Go to the RunbookExecution* folder and look there. I think that there should be AOSService folder, but I don't remember it off the top of my head. Just take a look and you'll likely find the right place.

    Hello,

See step below to locate the exact step where the upgrade failed. Scroll to the button to view the exact error.

Get that error and post here then, you can get concrete help.

Just to add, did you confirm that VS studio is not open in the environment?
