Recently on one of our pc's, it is starting to get .NET Runtime and Apllication errors. EventID 1026 and 1000. Running .NET framework v4.0.30319. EventID 1026, Application: Dynamics.exe, Framework Version: v4.0.30319, Exception Info: System.OutOfMemoryException. EventID 1000, Application: Dynamics.exe version: 12.0.320.0, Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll. Any help would be useful as it happens randomly and at least once a week.

    Hi,

Have you disable the UAC on the system and try it again.

I think its look like memory issue. Currently available memory is not enough for GP 2013 R2 web client.

Could you please increase your memory and try again?

    Minimum Available RAM

4 GB – Up to 25 concurrent web client users

8 GB – Up to 60 concurrent web client users

16 GB – Up to 120 concurrent web client users

Also follow the GP 2013 R2 web client system requirement page.

    Hope this helps!!!

    Spiratex,

Take a look at this post from the ASP.Net community on this precise error. It seems to be affecting Office software, perhaps the troubleshooting steps will work for a Dynamics GP install?

Anyone else having this issue. We moved the client to another brand new out of the box pc and the issue followed. Seems to be that once the memory hits 1.3 g on the Task manager it crashes the client. Also seemed to start after the year end update to 2013 R2. Didn't have this issue last year until the update. Can anybody help?
