Hi all
I would like to include data held in the opportunity entity as personalized fields in an email.
The use case is that an appointment is booked with the time and date recorded against the opportunity. Hence we want to send a trigger email to the contact with this data included.
I haven't been able to see how this is possible using either Assist Edit or via code.

Thank you for your response.
I have sync the entity opportunity as you describe in settings.
In the email creator I select "Assist Edit"
Select "Contextual"
Select "Contact"
Next
Select "Related entity"
Select "Contact -> (Opportunity)"
But the Select field box is not populated as shown below
Hence I can't add any fields to my email for personalisation. Any thoughts?

To be precise you will be able to add the Opportunity entity as personalized fields by Syncing under Customer insights sync to show up it in Assist-edit window, which is shown in the image below.

Were you planning to add extra entity that not listed in Assist-Edit?
If so, you shoud know that the Assist-Edit dialog only shows entities and relations that are synced with the marketing insights service.
Thus you need to sync the opportunity with insights service.
