Hi there,

I have a SharePoint list with custom columns and versioning setting turned on for approvals. I am trying to create a flow that updates the list with the user that approved a policy document.

How can I get the SharePoint list to update with every users approval separately and display who has approved and who hasn’t?

Hi @cadam,

Can you describe/show what your list columns look like? Are you using multi-select Person columns to store approvers?

Navigate to the library or list where the Pending item or file is located. Select the item or items and select Approve/Reject from the command bar. In the Approve/Reject options for Approval Status, select Approved or Rejected. In the Comment section, you may enter a comment about why the item was approved.
