Refresh dev environment with production database.

Good morning,

Is there a way to get a copy of the production db to restore it into a dev environment? I know you can refresh a UAT environment, backup UAT and the do a restore into your dev. I was just wondering if there is a direct way of doing it directly into DEV, I checked and I didn't see the option to move database on my LCS dev environment page.

Thanks

Just like your said, the only way to do such currently is passing through DB refresh, UAT and dev.

    Hi Astrid,

Komi is correct. The movement form production to UAT and UAT to DEV are behaving different and less tables are included in the backup to the DEV environment. For that reason, there is no direct option.
