CRM outlook add-in not able to track email.

Hello All Experts,

I have outlook add-in installed on my computer .

Issue- Not able to track the email to CRM. Whenever click on track button for email it gives blank popup without any information.

Meetings and Appointments are getting tracked into the CRM.

what could be the reason this is happening.

even the user is not delegate , user is himself only.

    There was an MS Office update last September that caused this behavior.     Did it ever work?  Is your office up to date?

    I didn't get your point , is there any microsoft document which shows this point.

    it will be helpful for me if i can get the step by step solution.
