Dynamics GP2013 WebServices & eConnect

Hi,

I have Dynamics GP 2013 WebServices setup on Windows Server 2012 server. It work perfectly. I am trying to use eConnect from same server. But when I ran my code it gives me following error:

There was no endpoint listening at net.pipe://localhost/Microsoft/Dynamics/GP/eConnect/EntityOperations that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

I have added eConnect API on my .Net project. Do I need to add "localhost/.../ ? service to my project to run eCOnnect12?

As per eConnect documentation it support Windows Server 2008. Do I need to install eConnect on Windows Server 2008?  We can live without WebService as I need to use RM Apply using eConnect. WebService don't have method for RMApply.

Your earliest reply is highly appreciable.

What I am missing?

Thanks

Sandip
