Approval Workflow Email not working

Hi
 
When i am sending the approval request to approval user. i am getting this error in job queue log entries. Setup related to workflow is correct. also test mail is working fine.
 
 
 
 
Do you guys know hot to solve this ?

    Approval Workflow Email not working
    Hello,

    If you're seeing an error in the Job Queue Log Entries when sending an approval request - despite correct workflow setup and working test emails, the issue is likely related to user or email configuration.

    Ensure the approval user has a valid email address on their User Card, is correctly set up in Approval User Setup with the right notification type (e.g., Email).

    Also, verify that the Job Queue is running under a user with adequate permissions and a valid email. You can try sending the approval manually from the document to isolate whether the issue is with the Job Queue automation or the approval process itself.

    Hi, The error message says send to, so I think there is no email set for the user in Approval User Setup?
