i can't download the WSDL file from CRM ! in the below the error page
when i click in the link "Discovery.svc" or "Organization.svc" :

Hi Ammar,
You don't generate classes from a wsdl for CRM 2013 - you should be using the CRM SDK if you want to use .Net assemblies, or use the OData endpoints if you want to connect through javascript.

i have administrator account, but i can't access to Discovery or Organisation web service, normaly when i click in the link i can show he xml file !
when i access from localhost (Dynamics VM) all works, but if i access from any address (intranet) i can't show the xml response !!

It's not a web service - it's a WCF service. You can't interact with it via the browser the way you would with an asmx page. You need to access it using one of the methods I described.

Have you tried to download it via CRM as this article suggests?

Why are you trying to get the wsdl instead of using the SDK?
