Is it possible to expand "note" tab. Its way to small because I need a lot of text to write.

Unfortunately you can not without customization.
Hey Sami,
As far as I know, from OOB there's no way. I tried to play with personalization, but it was not possible. As Green said, copying and past from word doc could be an option.
Pretty sure there isn't - quick trick I used when doing this is create the text in a word doc, then copy/paste into here...
