Confirmation report send as attachment to the specified emails?

Hi Folks,

I need to send Confirmation report as a attachment.

In Account receivable parameter form I have a check box control for sending confirmation report as a attachment.

while doing sales order confirmation based on setup parameter confirmation report send as a attachment to some email addresses.

those email addresses are static e-mail addresses. which method is the correct place to convert to .pdf format and saving in temp folder after that send as attachment.

Actually I have multiple companies , each company have different customized report .

Hi veeru,

I suggest that you create a batch job for sending the report as attachment. The batch job will be checking if the order is confirmed then creates the pdf file and sends it as attachment in the background.
