2- Is anyone have code close wbs through x++ code.

The wbs tracking view shows you the result of recorded project postings. You cannot and should not try to import something into the tracking views directly. Making a code adjustment might allow you doing that but how can you explain the data shown in the tracking view then and how can you explain and justify the results shown?
I would recommend not modifying this standard form but rather create your own analysis/Bi-report or something alike if you want to add additional data into the tracking view form.

I do not want to import data. I want to customize the tracking view closed functionality. Customization description is given below:
when the WBS form opens, there should be a check box field with all project entries or lines when it clicks yes then this WBS task should be closed in tracking view. And values should also be adjusted. I am attaching a screen show to view the WBS form check box. Multi-year close is the name of the check box field. would I will be able to achieve my requirement.
