I have a Model driven app "Team Member App" that has got the required security roles at the app level.

Enabled Read option for "Model-driven app" under "Customizations"  tab in the "Security Role".

When tried to access this app, the app is not visible to the respective security role...It is only visible to System admin role.....any idea what the issue here please

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Sashi Kumar,

I recommend using the user app access checker to determine the cause of the issue.

    Hi,

A user who has only the read privilege on the Model-driven App table, must also have the associated security role(s) that are assigned to the app (or equivalent).

    Hi Sashi Kumar,

According to my tests, it is not enough to assign "Model-driven app".

It is recommended that you give the user the "basic user" security role, which allows the user to have read-only access to the app.

In my experience, whenever I need to create a new security role, I copy an existing role (basic user, system customize) and then make changes to the copy.

Also, don't forget to add users and assign corresponding security roles in the environment.
