Action message for items running out of stock

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a transaction where I can find where Im hitting backorder for a speciffic material.

Today I use action messages for purchase orders to see deviations but that does only tell me when Im under SS and what order to postpone/advance.

Id like to know when Im hitting backorder for a purchased article, without having to go through all my aritcles one by one.

Eg I have good stock now in february and thatll take me to end of march where I get a new receipt on an order. Next order is in mid may but im only covered to early may. Id like to get a transaction that points out the speciffic date where I hit backorder.

Hi Crispin,

Please help me with above, can I make that customization by myself? Is that done in the action for purchase orders or do I have to code with help from a consultant?
