we are using gp 2010 and tax is not showing on order transactions. have tax schedule selected for customer and ship to is their main address where tax schedule is showing up when i look at the details of that screen.

If you open the Sales Item Detail Entry window for an item that should be taxable, what does it show for the Item Tax Option (toward the bottom on the right)?
