Business Central doesn't change the language

Hello Everyones

I have the following case regarding language:

Today after the new update from Microsoft, for all our users the language changed to English, we´re from Colombia so the configuration is the following:

Even with this setup like in the image, the language still remains English, any idea in this case?

Thanks in advance for any answer that can help.

    Hello @YUN ZHU,

Apologies for disturbing on this old post, but we are still experiencing this on BC 25.2 On-premise for our custom translation (for Georgian language).
The translation itself takes effect and works as expected, however the language set by the user is not being saved in the settings. And after signing out and signing back interface is reset back to English.

Could you point me to the specific hotfix? Or do you have any suggests why this could be happening? (I presume 25.2 should already have this hotfix...).

    Best Regards,

    Vazha

Update: It appears that this standard language pack issue in BC 21.3 has been resolved.

Update info from MS Yammer: https://www.yammer.com/dynamicsnavdev/threads/2089482232487936

This appears to be a known issue and Microsoft is investigating.

Hi, Please go to the Extension Management page to see if the Spanish extension has been uninstalled.

    pastedimage1674091473896v1.png

If you can't find it, you can search it in the Marketplace and reinstall it. This is a free language pack from Microsoft.

If the language pack has been installed normally and you still have problems, please contact Microsoft, which is responsible for translation.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

    ZHU
