This is one of the most interesting features of CRM Dynamics not to say a "Must Have" which transform reluctant prospects to switch from their own CRM solution into MS Dynamics platform ... 5 min demo of tracking emails feature or having access of CRM dashboards directly embedded inside OUTLOOK could convince anyone ... but once having installed and set up with one CRM instance things become different with regular popup windows asking to re-enter your credentials regularly (more than that to be honest), without talking about long login time in the morning to synchronize your data with CRM instance ...
I'm just surprised that a such critical component which is one of best key feature in comparison with other competitors product is not working better ... and please don't promise me this will work better on future releases ... I'm waiting for my miracle since CRM release 2011.
So please let's try to convince MS to help us to better promote their product by giving us a reliable and efficient CRM for Outlook component ... please the sooner the better !!!
