How to enable 'Confirm button' after editing of customized field

Hi Experts,

I find some problem about enable button Confirm after editing custom field.

I've tried some ways to make it right, but nothing what I need is happen.

Here is the custom field that I made

I've tried doing it by using this code

purchTable.type().updateDistribution();
purchTable_ds.reread();
purchTable_ds.refresh();

But it just update the history without enable the Confirm button.

I've tried this method too,

but show this errors

the third method I tried,

but still throw some error

I tried to write method enable(true) to Confirm button, but still not working.

Any other method to achieve what I need?

You guys help mean a lot

    Hi,

    Could you please check the purchase type of your purchase order(refer below screenshot). If it is journal change it to Purchase order.

    Dear Putri Enggar,

    In Purchase order, header view plz. change the Purchase type from Journal to Purchase order.

    I've checked my purchase order and its already has Purchase Order as their type

    Hi Guys,

    Im solving it finally.
    Im using this code belom

    purchTable.type().updateDistribution();
purchTable_ds.reread();
purchTable_ds.refresh();

    Instead using modified method, Im using button with click method in it and apply it in action pane
