Hi there,
I would like to mass-update existing leads in my CRM.
Thus, I exported them in an excel file.
I modified them and wanted to re-import them to update the existing recordings.
However, when I tried to re-import the file, I have an error message, see the screenshot below.
I am using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
Has anyone already faced this issue? Would you have any idea where I should investigate to solve it?
I modified almost 20,000 recordings, and I really would like to re-import them without having to the work again.
I would be very greatful if simeone who face the issue could share some ideas with me.
Many thanks in advance for your answers and have a great day.
Best regards,
Robin

Many times when working with your data in Excel you will change the format to something easier to work with for equations and such. Make sure you do not have any equations in your data, and all data is in a normal state. Also resave your sheet as a *.CSV and try importing that. What format is the document you are trying to import?
