Unable to add text in description field when adding new case in unified service desk.

Hi,

Sometimes I am unable to add text to the description field when adding a new case in a unified service desk.

It works fine if I collapse the right USD panel.Any Suggestions,

CRM version 2015 (7.0.2.53) .
