Removing insert email signature option for users in Dynamics365 CRM as an administrator.

Hi everyone, recently my organization has rolled out cooperate signatures for all users and now we're trying to disable the option for individual users to paste in their personal email signatures. is there a way as an administrator I can disable the options for creating and inserting personal email signatures in CRM applications?

Hi Partner,

Do you mean the individual email signature?

If so, the email signature is one table in Dataverse:

If you don't want to user can create email signature, you can remove privilege of this table in security role that assigned to these users.

--Find all security roles that assigned to the user, then remove create privileges of email signature on the role:

--Then the user can't create email signature:
