Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

Login error keeps occuring

Trying to login to CRM dynamics and get the following message;

"An error has occurred. 

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support."

This happen to anyone else, if so do you know how to correct it?

    I have the same issue, it happens to all users. where is crm admin center?

    actually it happened when I was trying to add a business unit .once I saved it showed an error something like this "your access to microsoft dynamic 365 has not yet been fully configured"

    and after that it has begun to show

    "An error has occurred.

    Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support."

    I tried the resolution in this page but doesn't work

    any idea how I can resolve this problem?

    Have you check if this is happening to all users or just single user in your organization?

    If it is just single user, I would check this user's license in MS admin portal.  If the user has license for CRM, I would further check user role to make sure proper role is assigned for user to access CRM.

    If this is happening to all users, I would check service health under CRM admin center and also notation under MS admin center to see if there are any indication of issue with the server.  If all seems normal, I would file a support ticket in CRM admin center.
