Pallet Count on Sales Order

I am trying to display the pallet count on a sales order- the item used in the sales order line has unit conversions setup, and I am unsure if I have to configure anything else (e.g., releasing the sales order to the warehouse, creating a work template).

I don't think F&O has anything like this. You'd be looking at a development. The closest I can think of is the Packing quantity field on the sales order line. Its not especially clear, but I think if you have setup a Unit Sequence Group Id on the items, it will display the Pallet quantity (that is, the quantity of the item that fits on one pallet). Therefore, Line Quantity divided by Packing quantity would give you the Pallet count at line level.
