If the accounts are always the same them enter them under Tools->Setup_>Posting->Posting Accounts  if the change by item then enter them under each item. You will need AR, Sales, IV and COGS at a minimum.

On the header or the lines? You need to check the distributions on the lines and the header. My guess is the lines is where the distribution is missing. Click on the little blue arrow.

Which accounts are missing? AR, Sales, IV or COGS? Are these missing on the entire order or on the lines? Try going to Tools->Setup_>Posting->Posting Accounts and enter you default accounts. You will need someone who is familiar with your chart of accounts to enter the correct accounts.

Check the distribution screen and check which account is empty...suppose it is receivables\sales go to the cards -> customer -> select the customer and then click on accounts which gives you the option to enter the default accounts.
