Hi there,
I'm facing the problem where the charts in my dashboard are not showing. The error shows "There was an error retrieving the chart from the server. Please try again".
I've checked with every user, only one entity faces this problem, others are just fine. Is the problem because of the permission or is this just some bugs? I've searched through the forums and it says because of bugs and solved by updating the package. Our package is updated with the newest version but the problem is still there. Please help. Thank you.

if it is a suspicion, that it is permissions issue, then it can be isolated with if System administrator is able to see the charts or not. If system administrators are not able to visualize the charts, then we need to take the fiddler and check response for the same.
If that also doesn't help, I would recommend to open a support request with Microsoft as it involves the sensitive information like organization URL to be shared so that we can check the platform telemetry and give you the cause for the same.
In fiddler trace you can get the error if it is related to any permissions issue.
