How to allow overpick for created work?

Hi,

We released work to the warehouse and the warehouse worker sees that a box has 20 items instead of 15 in the transfer order/ scanner. He adjusts the overdelivery on the load to 100% and tries to use over pick for 20 items instead of 15. This does not work. The only way to have it working is to cancel the work and create a new wave for it. Is there a more efficient way for over pick for the warehouse workers instead of cancelling the work, adjusting overpick and creating a wave again?

Hi J,

Check your setup in "Mobile device menu items" ( Warehouse management > Setup > Mobile device > Mobile device menu items).

On the menu item that is being used for this transaction, make sure that the "Allow over pick" is enabled.

Note: if this is for a sales picking then the over/under delivery value may also have to be taken into account.

Hi Ulti001,

In case you want your warehouse worker to over pick in case they want to over pick in some case the you can do the same by navigating to warehouse management > Setup > Worker and select the worker for which you want to allow over picking.

Navigate to the work tab and check "Allow sales over picking" and "Allow transfer over picking"

Now the warehouse worker will get an tab "Over pick" on this mobile device while performing pick work.

Also make sure sales order for warehouse worker to be successfully able to over pick the over delivery should be allowed and percentage should be setup on sales orders and transfer orders.

Worker will be allowed to over pick on the mobile device in the percentage range specified on the orders,.
