Help!! New to SDK - Small sample on how to create new screen?

I am new to the SL 7.0 SDK. I am using VStudio 2008. Anyone with a small example on how to create a new .exe (screen) from scratch ? (it is a screen that will mainly display data from several tables but has some data entry in custom tables)

Also, I need to be able to pass parameters to other screens, i.e from my screen call another module in SL and preload that screen with data (i.e call order entry passing order number as a parameter, so it brings the order entry screen with a particular order).

    When you open your VS2008, you should have a project template to create a new SL SDK Project from. If you create a new project from that with the executable that it compiles named properly to SL standards - it will run if you have SL open on your Dev machine. The toolbox should have a few new controls in it to add to your form. None of the other controls are allowed except maybe the label and button.

    The SDK document in the User Guides folder on your SL server (If you installed them) has a whole guidelines section that you must follow to the letter to get stuff running. That document actually has everything you need to get a project up and running - the trick is to read it through to find all the nuggets of info you need.

    This is the tutorial that you're looking for, to begin to learn about VB Tools. I just going to leave the file for a few hours, because i'm not allowed to leave it on the site, because in my company imparts that course.
