Hi, is it possible to import file attachments (URL) to invoice journals using Data Management?

I've added an attachment to a few invoice journals but was not able to export it using the below entities, I'm not sure if it is even possible?

General Journal Attachments
Vendor invoice document attachment
Vendor invoice document attachment V2
Vendor invoice journal header
General journal
Vendor invoice journal
I have the same question (0)

Can you clarify your question? The title mentions the import of attachments where in the text, you mention you are not able to export. Do you need to import or export attachments? If you made an attempt for exporting the attachments, did you encounter any error?

@Andre Sorry, I would like to import attachments to Invoice Journals using Data Management but haven't been able to find the right entity.

I tried finding the correct entity by exporting certain entities as mentioned but still was not able to find the correct one.

    Hello,

I'm uncertain about the method you're employing to bring in the attachment, but you can refer to the following link. It outlines the process of importing customer attachments, and you can utilize this blog post as a guide for your specific situations.

    Hi,

Agree with Parag here. In addition to what Parag mentioned, you will have to ensure that the FileType as URL while importing the attachments into D365 FO. Looks like you are referring to a SharePoint document site collection where you will be uploading the related invoices to.

It is possible however you have to create custom entity.  None of the above entity works for vendor invoice journal attachment import / export. You can take reference of any of the standard attachment entity to create your own entity for import /export of attachments.
