Creating Goals for Users and Teams

Hi,

We do have Opportunities always owned by users and we do create Golas for those users.

But there is a requirement to create also Goals for Teams.

Is that possible somehow without updating ownership of Opportunities?

    Hi,

    You can define Parent - Child goals for this purpose:

    • Create a team and add users to it.
    • Create a Parent goal assigned to a Team:

    • In the Team Goal's criteria, make sure to select yes for "Rollup only from child goals":

    You might also need to set Record Set for Rollup to All (depending on your scenario)

    • Then use this Parent goal in you child goals (assigned to specific users):

    Now, child goals will rollup to parent goals (however opportunities are still assigned to a user):
