Excel Data Connections to CRM Online

Hi,

Can I connect my Excel to CRM Online via a data connection?  If so what are the correct settings to create the connection? When I select connect "From Other Sources" I do not see anything that relates to CRM Online.

I know I can download a Dynamic Worksheet from CRM Online, but I want to use an existing excel spreadsheet and create the connections that way.

Please help!
