Services Default TimeZone is not working.

Hello, i am a little bit confused with time zone settings for web services. Follow this docs datetime should be saved in UTC. But I tried several options and regardless of them, the time is saved according to logic that I do not understand.

What i have Dynamic 365 Business v14.

Services Default Time Zone: Server Time Zone.

Server Time Zone: (UTC 1:00)

So i am using soap service to create a register with request, without any specification about timezone offset. So i am expect that date will be saved in UTC (DATE - Services Default Time Zone offset), but...it saved exactly as i sent. Why?

if i send with time offset works as expected
